Change of mind:

We do not offer refunds on change of mind. 

Dahlia Tubers:

Once unpacked, please contact us immediately if you believe your tuber is not viable if an eye isn’t present and we will do our best to send a replacement. Please email us via hello@wrenfloralista.com with corresponding photos and videos to support your inquiry. Once planted your replacement policy is void.
